Setting up our machine is easy and quick. Once it starts rolling, the factory will turn out donuts at varying speeds to ensure that each one is fresh for the current customer. Typically we bag of 6 mini donuts at a time.
Depending on the speed setting, perfectly formed little donuts will drop from the hopper into the first chamber of our cooking solution. An automated flipping arm turns them over halfway through the process and when they reach the end, they get flipped up and out of the second chamber into the waiting tray where they are ready to be dressed up with toppings and enjoyed. Everyone loves watching the machine in action (especially kids) and once they crowd around and get a whiff of what’s cooking, they won’t be able to resist.
